SISBridge is a software tool that enables educational data migration to Google BigQuery platforms.
Important: SISBridge is software only. Implementation, configuration, and consulting services are provided by our authorized partners who work directly with educational institutions.
2. Software Licensing and Access

SISBridge software enables educational institutions to migrate their data to BigQuery for improved data management and reporting capabilities.
2.2 Implementation and Support
- Software implementation is handled by authorized partners
- Technical support and consulting are provided through authorized partners
- Direct institutional relationships are managed by authorized partners
- We do not provide direct implementation or consulting services to schools
3. Authorized Partner Network
3.1 Partner Relationships
- Educational institutions work directly with our authorized implementation partners
- Partners are responsible for proper software configuration and deployment
- Partners handle all direct client relationships and support
- Partners manage compliance and data processing agreements with schools
3.2 Partner Responsibilities
- Partners must ensure proper software implementation
- Partners handle all educational data compliance requirements
- Partners provide direct support and consulting to educational institutions
- Partners are responsible for adherence to educational privacy laws
4. Acceptable Use
4.1 Permitted Uses
You may use SISBridge software to:
- Migrate educational data for legitimate institutional purposes
- Process student information systems data in compliance with applicable laws
- Improve data accessibility and reporting for educational decision-making
4.2 Prohibited Uses
You may NOT use SISBridge software to:
- Violate student privacy rights or applicable education laws
- Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the software
- Use the software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Bypass security features or access controls
5. Data and Privacy
5.1 Software Tool Data Handling
- SISBridge software processes data only during active migration operations
- The software does not retain data after migration completion
- Data processing occurs within the customer’s designated environment
- All data remains under the control of the educational institution and their authorized partner
5.2 No Direct Data Relationship
- We do not have direct access to educational institution data
- We do not store or process student data through our systems
- Data processing agreements are handled between schools and authorized partners
- Educational data compliance is managed by authorized partners
5.3 Software Logs and Diagnostics
- Software may generate operational logs for troubleshooting purposes
- Logs contain technical information but not student data content
- Partners may share anonymized technical logs for software improvement
- No personally identifiable information is collected through software logs
6. Software License
6.1 License Grant
- Limited license to use SISBridge software as configured by authorized partners
- License is non-transferable and subject to these terms
- Software remains our intellectual property
- License may be revoked for violation of these terms
6.2 Restrictions
- No right to modify, distribute, or create derivative works
- No right to reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Software may only be used through authorized partner implementations
- Direct licensing to institutions not available
7. Software Availability and Support
7.1 Software Performance

- We are not liable for issues arising from improper implementation

8. Fees and Licensing

10. Limitation of Liability

- We are not liable for data loss due to improper implementation
- Total liability is limited to software licensing fees paid by partners
- Educational data compliance is the responsibility of partners and institutions
10.2 Partner Relationships
- We are not responsible for partner performance or services
- Direct relationships between partners and schools are not our responsibility
- Educational compliance obligations rest with partners and institutions
- We provide software tools only, not compliance guarantees
11. Termination
11.1 Software License Termination
- Software licenses may be terminated for material breach of these terms
- Termination may be initiated by us or through authorized partners
- Upon termination, software usage rights cease immediately
- Data deletion procedures are handled by partners per their agreements
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be:
- Communicated through our authorized partner network
- Posted on our website with reasonable advance notice
- Applied to new software deployments and license renewals
